Overview

The Tanami NT Project is a large-scale, 1,235 km² landholding positioned in one of Australia’s most prospective gold regions, spanning the boundary between the Tanami Region and the Aileron Province of the Arunta Region. The project sits just 30 km from Newmont’s world-class Granites Mine, providing exceptional geological context and strategic value for future discovery.

VTEN holds four fully issued exploration leases (EL23848, EL31402, EL23874, EL23875), supported by a Central Land Council (CLC) Agreement and a CLC Sacred Site Clearance Certificate for all primary targets. With these key frameworks in place, the project is fully permitted and ready for drilling.

Underpining the project’s potential and upside is the Farm-in and Joint Venture with Newmont on one of the core gold targets. Under the agreement, Newmont has committed to a significant multiyear exploration spend, a near-term cash payment, and a carry to a decision to mine.

Although extensive regional datasets exist for the broader Tanami area, coverage within VTEN’s tenements has been relatively limited, with the bulk of historical work completed prior to 2002. Shallow RAB, VAC, and AC drilling (RAB 226, VAC 197, AC 32) indicates multiple untested deeper targets due to historical limitations such as cover sequences and limited multi-element assays. This presents a meaningful opportunity for new discovery using modern geophysics, geochemistry, and systematic drilling.

The Tanami NT Project hosts multiple highly prospective targets across commodities including gold, nickel, copper, PGE, and heavy rare earth elements (HREE). With drill-ready sites, strong partnerships, and a district-scale land position near a major producing mine, the project is positioned to deliver significant exploration value as VTEN expands its footprint and pursues additional targets with historic production or high-impact historical results.
