The Tanami NT Project covers 1,235 km² in a highly prospective gold district of the Northern Territory, positioned directly beside Newmont’s Granites Mine. The project has four fully issued exploration leases, a Central Land Council Agreement, and a Sacred Site Clearance Certificate secured for key targets and is fully permitted and ready to advance. A Farm-in and Joint Venture deal with Newmont provides a significant multiyear spend, near-term cash payment, and a carry to decision to mine on one of the main gold targets. The project is drill ready and well-positioned for rapid exploration progress with additional high-potential targets under review, many with historical production or strong past results.
