Mr. Blair Way is an experienced international executive with 35+ years of experience within the resources and construction industry throughout Australasia, Canada, the United States and Europe. Mr. Way has experience in a wide range of commodities including gold, copper, nickel, zinc, magnesium, graphite, cobalt and lithium. Mr. Way is currently Director of TSX / ASX listed PMET, advancing the Shaakichiuwaanaan lithium property in Quebec, and is an independent director of ASX listed Loyal Lithium (LLI).

From 2020 to 2024 Mr. Way was the CEO, President and Executive Director of Patriot Battery Metals (PMET). Prior to this, Mr. Way held several executive positions and directorships with public exploration juniors. He held executive positions with TSX listed Ventana Gold in Colombia, Oceanagold in the Philippines and was Project Manager for a number of major resource focused companies such as BHP, Hatch Engineering and Korea Zinc.

Mr. Way holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from Acadia University in Nova Scotia, Canada, an MBA from the University of Queensland, Australia, and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Mr. Simon Cohn is a mining engineer, B. Eng Mining from the University of Queensland, with extensive expertise across a range of commodities and jurisdictions gained from his 27+ year career in the mining industry. He is currently a Director of TSXV listed Q2 Metals Corp.

Mr. Cohn is also co-founder of Singapore based Ortus Mining Capital and Australian based Mining Projects Accelerator with both companies focused on project generation and developing early stage exploration assets progressing them through to commercialization, generating returns via several on-market transactions and a successful ASX IPO. 

Mr. Cohn is also the former managing director and currently non-executive director of professional services company MEC Mining where he remains one of the major shareholders. MEC is a diversified Australian based consulting group with over 130 employees spanning mining engineering, geology, environment, project management and advisory services.

Kevin Bottomley is an accomplished capital markets advisor and has held numerous executive public company roles. Mr. Bottomley has successfully raised over $100M over the span of 15 years and has strong relationships with investors based in North America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Bottomley has focused primarily on company creation in both the mining and special situations sectors.

Ms. Lucy Zhang is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) with over 20 years of finance leadership experience with public organizations. She has a strong background in project financing, M&A, compliance, regulatory management, and corporate governance. Ms. Zhang has an Honours BA from Suzhou University, China, and an MBA (Honors) from Royal Roads University, Victoria, Canada.

Ms. Alicia Milne is the CEO and President of Q2 Metals, a TSXV listed lithium exploration company. With over 20 years in the legal profession as a mining executive and a specialist in corporate and securities law and administration of both private and public companies, Ms. Milne has developed her career as a corporate secretary, compliance officer, corporate consultant as well as an independent director.
